Syntax of the IF function in excel:
= if(logical test,(value if true),(value if false))
Let me explain you how this works.
Before you download my sheet to know how much you love your
partner, let me share a basic and simple example with you. Point to note is that this downloadable sheet uses the IF function to assess how much you love your partner.
Problem at hand is that
You wish to write True in a cell if value in cell A1 is
greater than 10 and False if is less than 10.
Syntax for doing so would be
=if(A1>10,(“True”),(“False”))
Note that text has to be written in inverted commas. For
numerical values, inverted commas are not required.
Let us test an
interesting scenario. Whether your partner trusts you or not?
